Just some thoughts…
Changing it up a bit — I love long-form articles, but “perfection can kill the good” (the quote goes something like that), and as a perfectionist/procrastinator/over-worrier, longform articles aren’t a breeze and I’m leaving that to the people who do it well, and do it often — I don’t want to put out rushed content and instead of starting hundreds of articles that never get finished because of this or that, why not just post the blips of information that I find interesting — in addition to longer form content. That’s a long-winded way of saying that I’m adjusting course a bit and feel like posting shorter clips…links…maybe just a screen shot or two. I understand that “mainstream media is all lies” but I actually think it’s better to pay attention to the ways in which information in is communicated. Rather than ignoring it altogether, I like examining the information through different lenses — a lot of what’s said is intentional, of course — but why? My curiosity drives my research — let’s see what we find. Would love your thoughts! (enter nauseating #NewYearNewMe gif…er, NFT here.) — cheers.
Anyways — these are just my opinions, questions, and things I find interesting. Feel free to share — ultimately, I want to know what all of your thoughts are. We’re undergoing a massive shift — I don’t have all the answers, no one does. Maybe it’s always been like this — who knows. That’s the point. Why not take this opportunity to try communicating other ways, at the very least? Discussions don’t always need to devolve into the nonsense we’re all apart of. What’s the worst that can happen? If we fail, we’ve always got more time for Twitter and “Rage Quitting.” I’m down to discuss anything with anyone if it doesn’t involve having to think about algorithms and clicks and keeping up with that in terms of WHAT I say. Call it laziness, but this just seems more logical for where I’m at right now.
My hope? Take an idea, take content, take whatever…do with this information what you will. I’m more interested in hearing your thoughts or experiences. That’s the only way we can really navigate through this thing to actually come out of it, or into it indefinitely (in my opinion), and maybe even implement something we learn into action — on an individual level first. It’s really easy to put off dealing with the internal things — so it’s not a surprise that society, as a whole, is collectively losing their sh**, no matter how manufactured it may be or feel. It’s just a blip in a long, long, timeline — I don’t really know.
TUESDAY, JAN. 18th
How does this picture make you feel? lol
I find the photo choice fascinating; it’s emblematic of the times we’re in. “Don’ think about the present-moment — instead, revert back to whatever emotion this picture evokes within you. Be mad! Even if only for a moment!”
You don’t know what you’ve got til it’s gone — am I right? I know the editors on the global newswires are feeling the empty void. No more Tweets, no more press conferences…no more merch! The press continues to mention Trump in any possible — for nothing else than to remind us all that the problems — all the problems, must be blamed on Trump. Trump=why everything is undergoing a massive change/why your life has been disrupted, why your loved ones
What ever happened with those PPP loans? If they’re so upset, why aren’t they discussing the solutions? Oh, nice photo by the way. They’re clearly not trying to remind you that everything should be blamed on Trump, ultimately, because that’s the purpose that Donald J. Trump served in this long-game called war of the worlds (in my opinion, based on the patterns I’ve noticed).
“Targeted business support systems were feasible and rapidly scalable in other high-income countries…”
Okay — well, congrats, we’ve learned almost nothing yet (shocker), but my question — what are they not saying or factoring in? It’s crazy how they emphasize the business-aspect of the PPP rollout — countries who had invested more money into infrastructure, of course, “did better.” Hint hint.
Meanwhile — on a quieter note about the PPP…
That’s about to blow up…but more on that later.
Cheers y’all, til next time!
